Can I Join RIMAN in Italy Before the Official Launch?

While the Italy platform is not yet officially open, you can still begin by registering through the Hong Kong platform, which currently accepts global registrations.

This allows you to familiarise yourself with the products, system, and business model while starting to build your foundation and network ahead of the Italy launch.

When the Italy platform officially opens, you will be able to transition your account locally and continue building your business in Italy.
Can I purchase RIMAN products from Italy while the market is not open yet?

Yes, you can. Simply create an account through the Hong Kong platform, which accepts global registrations. Once your order is placed, the items will be shipped to your designated international forwarder, who will then consolidate the parcel and arrange delivery to your address in Italy.
I don’t have a contact for an international forwarder. What should I do?

No problem. If you do not have a forwarder, we can share the contact details of a reliable service that many of our community members have been using. Simply reach out to us and we will be happy to assist.
Is the currency on the Hong Kong website in Hong Kong Dollars?

Yes. As this is RIMAN’s Hong Kong platform, all prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). You may use an online currency converter to estimate the equivalent amount in your local currency.
What are the expected delivery times?

For local Hong Kong delivery, orders dispatched from RIMAN’s Hong Kong distribution centre typically arrive within 2–4 business days.

For customers ordering from regions where RIMAN has not yet officially launched, once the shipment is dispatched from RIMAN Hong Kong and arrives at the international forwarder, delivery to your destination usually takes approximately 7–14 days, depending on the country and courier processing times.
Are the products genuine?

Yes. Every RIMAN and Incellderm product is produced in Korea and distributed solely through RIMAN’s authorised distribution hub.
Can I introduce RIMAN to individuals in other launched countries?

You can. Share your referral number, and prospects from any officially opened market can register or order through your link.
What if someone wants to join from a country that hasn’t opened yet?

This is possible as long as international shipping services are available to their location.
