Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please note that all orders are packed in the order they are received. Selecting Express Post speeds up delivery after your parcel has been dispatched, but does not prioritise packing.

Shipping Fees
- Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12 for standard delivery and $20 for express delivery.
- Free shipping is available on eligible Australian orders over $280.
Order Tracking
Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak periods such as promotional events, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions, processing times may be slightly extended.
- Delivery timeframes indicated above commence once your parcel has been collected by Australia Post.
- All orders are shipped with signature required upon delivery to ensure your parcel is received securely.
- Shipping fees apply to orders below $280 after discounts have been applied.
- Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen weather disruptions.
- Shipping services operate on business days only (excluding public holidays).
Changing Your Delivery Address
We work quickly to get your order packed and on the way, so address changes are not always possible once an order has been placed.

If you haven’t received a tracking link yet:
Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist, but please understand that most address changes cannot be made once an order has entered the packing stage.
