Refund policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with RIMAN Australia. If a product you’ve purchased from our website isn’t right for you, you may request a refund under our 14 day return policy, provided the return meets the conditions outlined below.
Who Can Return an Item
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging
- Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your parcel
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice
Because our products are intended for personal use, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare or beauty items for hygiene reasons.
How to Lodge a Return (Australia Only)
To begin the return process:
- Email us at info@rimanaustralia.com.
- Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation
- Once your request has been approved, we’ll send you the return address and step-by-step instructions
Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Parcels returned without approval may not be processed.
Items That Arrive Damaged or Incorrect
If something arrives broken, faulty, or not what you ordered, please let us know within 3 business days of delivery.
To help us sort it out quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll organise a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Items We Cannot Accept for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Any product that has been opened or used
- Sale, clearance, or promotional bundle items
If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before lodging a return.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct swaps. If you’d like another item, please follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
For Australian Orders
This policy applies to Australian deliveries only. If you’re located outside of Australia, please contact us for advice on available options.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once your return reaches us and has been inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the outcome.
- Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method
- Processing times vary by bank but generally take 7-14 business days

When sending items back, keep your lodgment receipt or tracking number, just in case your parcel is delayed while in transit.
